Each location is billed separately.

Receive the full price in writing
Payments will be for a recurring software subscription that gives the customer access to the Bibeno point of sale and Backoffice, plus any supported recurring capacity selected for the location. The public prices are the approved list prices. The exact amount in South African rand (ZAR), billing period and renewal terms are shown before payment in the written offer, invoice or checkout.

Agree on the service start date
Bibeno is a digital service. The service-start date is agreed in writing before payment and shown in the accepted commercial offer. Software access is delivered electronically on that agreed service-start date once the required onboarding information has been received, and guided onboarding begins according to the written scope. The current offer is limited to South African businesses. No physical goods are delivered or exported as part of the current software offer.

Review and accept the terms
Before paying, customers can review the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund, Cancellation, and Billing Policy. When online billing is enabled, the checkout will use an approved hosted payment provider. Bibeno does not collect or store payment-card details on this website. The checkout will show the total amount, billing period, renewal terms and service-start timing, and require the customer to actively accept the applicable terms before payment is submitted.

Is there a fee to get started?
No. A get-started request begins a product and rollout conversation and does not create a payment or onboarding obligation.
How does the free trial work?
The 30-day Start trial runs once per account, covers the first location only and does not require a payment card. Each additional location requires a paid plan before it can be used. After the trial, choose a paid plan to continue; Bibeno does not charge the account automatically.
Are prices per business or per location?
Each active location selects its own plan. Account-level capacity is shown separately where it applies.
Does a franchise have to use Enterprise?
No. Franchise locations may still choose Start, Core or Growth. Enterprise is scoped when the group needs centralised control, consolidated commercial terms, bespoke integration, contract-specific rollout or dedicated support.
How does annual billing work?
You pay the equivalent of eleven monthly plan charges and receive twelve months of software access for that location.
Are payment terminals or physical devices supplied?
No general equipment-supply offer is made through this website. Device and printer compatibility is reviewed for each guided rollout.
